Over the weekend we would analyze the market situation
that we are in. We do know that there are many coffee shops and restaurants around
the area of Angels Stadium but our store offer many Angels’ unique and genuine
products which would make a significant difference among others. In the
meantime, we would also plan to make our marketing plans and strategies such as
advertising campaigns and promotions to attract our new customers and to build
long-term relationships with them.

Could you explain more about what kind of advertising and promotions are you offering?
ReplyDeleteWhich are the specific areas that you guys are going to work more?
We would use all types of advertising tools online advertising, social medias, free brochures, etc to have customers aware of our store :)
DeleteIm curious if you would be able to offer services that cater specifically the needs of other local sports fans, like Anaheim Ducks
ReplyDeleteWe will sell only Angel merchandises in our store which will be more like a theme store.
DeleteI am curious about your store. Around the Angel stadium has lot of coffee shops and restaurant, so how can you compete with them ??
ReplyDeleteOur theme restaurant is what set us apart from the other restaurants and coffee shops in terms of the benefit such as family game day where you enter the store and feels that game spirit. Much like how you enter Disneyland.
ReplyDeleteInteresting! I am still curious how your restaurant will set you apart from the other burger joints around the stadium. Are you offering the meals at a lower rate? A suggestion might be, if the customers come in wearing angels apparel, they receive 10% off of their meal or purchase. If it is also a bar style, big screen tv's playing the latest games maybe a big fan hitter as well if they could not make it to the game.
ReplyDeleteCreating an experience that turns into a positive memory will be key in getting returning customers. I find myself going back to restaurants that were most enjoyable to either myself or my kids.
ReplyDeleteIf you are making this a family-orientated restaurants, how do you plan on marketing to get the families in the door?
